And I created the LightHer Way Wellness program for you!

I am a certified life coach with the John Maxwell Team, specializing in helping women rise above perfectionism, overwhelm, and self-sabotage. My clients are ready to take action to stop the madness of the hamster-wheel lifestyle that is wearing them out! 

It is my mission to draw out and bring clarity to what you really want…and help you achieve it faster than you would on your own. 

I’m going to show you how to experience whole-life harmony. I will align with you to identify what matters most to you and create a strategic plan with specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound goals. I will challenge you, encourage you, and walk alongside you. I’m like an angel in your back pocket.

Coaching is about many things. However, our focus is on change. Whether you are looking to prioritize your physical, mental, or spiritual health, improve relationships, make a career change, declutter and organize your home, or have more time for fun, I will show you how to develop emotional intelligence and conscious awareness to move you toward your goals.

The coaching process can cover a wide range of issues, such as dealing with the immediate obstacles that are preventing growth and building a vision and plan for your life’s dream.

As your coach, I will believe in you completely. I will stretch you, challenge you, and sometimes confront you, but always from a supportive position of service. I will be warm to you, laugh with you and will travel with you as an equal partner in your own success journey.

I will be honest, open and non-judgemental. I will help you to achieve all that you can be as long as you stay true to your own best interests. Everything that passes between us will stay confidential and I will always stand within the standards & ethics under which I have been trained and qualified.

Coaching is not appropriate for the following: 

  • People with dependencies such as drugs and alcohol
  • Therapy for people who have suffered abuse
  • A shoulder to cry on
  • People who are abusing others
  • People who are experiencing mental illness
  • Counseling

 Therapists in some of the above fields deal with events that have happened in the past. Coaching is specifically about the present and the future.
