This scrumptious recipe is PERFECT for those moments of temptation when you want to reach for that pint of Ben n Jerry’s or hit the DQ drive through. It’s chock-full of superfoods that reduce cravings, improve digestion and promote healthy weight-loss. 

But mainly, IT TASTES SO GOOD! 

This is my favorite treat to help keep me on track with my health and fitness goals.

What you need:

1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology

1/4 c water or almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tbsp nut butter of your choice.

What you do:

Mix Shakeology and and 1/4 almond milk in a microwave save mug. Stir until it forms a nice brownie-batter like dough. Tap the dough lightly to form in the mug. Depress a shallow reservoir in the center of the dough (your nut butter will go here later!)

Microwave for 30 seconds.

Drop nut butter into the reservoir and microwave another 30 seconds. 

That’s it!  Top with fruit, greek yogurt, whipped cream, whatever delights you!  

Alternative: Microwave nut butter separately and drizzle over the cake.
