It’s Monday Mindset time!
Have you taken a moment to think about what will make this day/week great? Wishing and waiting on great things to randomly appear in your life can be pretty defeating. However, you can focus on taking tiny actions, every day, that will increase the likelihood of AWESOMENESS in your life!
Here’s 3 ways you can focus your attention and create a positive and rewarding mindset:
1. Focus on smiling more. More people will likely be more warm and friendly too you which results in more friendships.
2. Focus on going to gym. Your body LOVES to move, even if you don’t feel that way in your mind. Give it some love and do SOMETHING every day. You’ll feel more confident and healthy, which results in more energy and positive mindset.
3. Focus on meditating for 5-10 minutes a day. You don’t need any special process or knowledge. Just breathe. Breathe in for 3 counts, hold for 3 counts and breathe out for 3 counts. You will become more calm, which will affect the people around you to be more patient and calm as well.
