It’s core day!! Living with scoliosis and spinal issues means I MUST keep my core strong. I may never be as flexible or as strong in my shoulders as other people, but there is no limit to building that core. It helps me keep everything in alignment and improved posture.

No equipment needed. Modifications as necessary. All it takes is the courage to START. ❤️💪🏻
